What is a Walk Through?

A Walk Through is when Josh will come out to take a look at the size and scope of your project. Double checking the satellite measurements and looking for any other potential issues before the start of the project (including ventilation), this is also a great opportunity to address Josh with any other questions or special requests.

Do I have to be home for a Walk Through?

No. It is not required for the homeowner to be present during a Walk Through, although, many homeowners have questions they prefer to address in person. Josh is happy to answer all questions at the time of the walkthrough, and provide more insights on our processes and installation day.

I think I might have some damage on my roof, how will that change my estimate?

At the time of your free Walk Through, Josh will be looking for any potential issues and add these to your final estimate.


Do I have to be there on install day?

No. It is not required for the homeowner to be on site during the replacement of the roof, in fact, many prefer not to be around. Install day can be loud, dangerous, dirty, etc.

How long will installation take?

While our install crews try to finish a job the same day they start, some projects may take longer, depending on their size and pending weather conditions. This will be reviewed with you during your walk through.

Post Install

How do I get my warranty information?

We send all warranties at the end of each month. At that time, your manufacturer warranty will be issued and our Viirt warranty sent!

Who is going to do my install?

We use our same installation team for all of our jobs- so you can ensure the quality you will receive! With 25+ years of experience, our lead installer has a record for his quality work!


When do I need to pay?

We collect payment the morning of your installation. For quality assurance, Viirt will not pay our installation team until we have confirmed the completion of your project (typically that same afternoon), and you are happy with their workmanship.

How can I pay?

We accept cash, credit, or checks.

Do you offer payment plans or financing?

At this time, we do not offer payment plans or financing, though, we are able to work with both lenders and insurance companies that our homeowners provide.
