What is a walkthrough?
A walkthrough is when our Project Specialist will come out to take a look at the size and scope of your project. Double checking the satellite measurements and looking for any other potential issues before the start of the project (including ventilation), this is also a great opportunity to address the Project Specialist with any other questions or special requests.
Do I have to be there for the walk through?
No. It is not required for the homeowner to be present during a walkthrough, although, many homeowners have questions they prefer to address in person. Our Project Specialist is happy to answer all questions at the time of the walkthrough, and provide more insights on our processes and installation day.
I think I might have some damage on my roof, how will that change my estimate?
At the time of your free walkthrough, our Project Specialist will be looking for any potential issues and add these to your final estimate.
Do I have to be there on install day?
No. It is not required for the homeowner to be on site during the replacement of the roof, in fact, many prefer not to be around. Install day can be loud, dangerous, dirty, etc.
How long will installation take?
While our install crews try to finish a job the same day they start, some projects may take longer, depending on their size and pending weather conditions.
